Venue Rental
Half-Day Rental (up to 5 hours): $700
Full-Day Rental + 2hrs rehearsal (up to 12 hours): $1200
Includes chairs and benches (wedding site) for up to 75 people and access to the cottage.
Backup Indoor Space is additional, options include:
Barn: $200 (max 35 people)
Tent: 10x30 with sides - $100
Larger tents can be rented from Valley Rentals (Lenoir, NC)
We also have additional add-ons, rentals and services available
Birthday Parties
3 Hour Venue Rental - $250
Includes seating, 10x20 tent, feed the animals (food provided), and horse painting and access to the cottage.
Cottage rental only is $125
